Products

Our pieces are fashion jewelry and accessories. Colours and finishes may vary slightly from photographs. Unpierced pieces are designed to hold without a piercing; fit varies from person to person, which is why the Fit Promise exists. Pierced jewelry is intended for existing, fully healed piercings only.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change without notice. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if a price was shown in error or we suspect fraud; if we cancel after payment, we refund in full.

Shipping, returns, and the Exchange

Shipping, returns, the Fit Promise, and the Exchange are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

Care and use

Remove jewelry before sleep, water, and exercise. Stop wearing any piece that causes irritation. We are not responsible for injury or damage caused by misuse, by wearing a piece contrary to its care instructions, or by allergies to metals or materials disclosed on the product page.

All content on this site, including text, images, and the Maison Carezza name and marks, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be reused without permission.
