Returns

Unworn pieces in their original pouch may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method, less the cost of return shipping. Contact us with your order number to begin.

The Fit Promise

If a piece from the Unpierced line does not hold for you, we exchange it once, free, within 30 days. No forms to argue with.

The Exchange

Return any Maison Carezza piece within 12 months, worn or not, and receive 40% of what you paid as credit toward any piece priced $119 and above. One Exchange per original order. Returned pieces are retired, not resold.

Damaged or incorrect items

Photograph the piece and the packaging and write to us within 7 days of delivery. We replace or refund, your choice.

Hygiene

For hygiene reasons, pieces from the Unpierced line and the Private Collection that have been worn are eligible for the Fit Promise and the Exchange, but not for a standard refund.
